Power Word Awesome

So we smashed through the gear check today... months of consumable farming and theorycrafting and hard work paying off. We beat enrage by 7 seconds, an unbelieveable achievement for a guild's first kill. It's a testament to the dedication of the terrific men and women of this guild, and the proof that we are ready gear wise to steamroll forward to Kil'jaeden. I'm extremely proud of everyone in this guild today.

We're a card carrying Sunwell Plateau guild now, after saving the noble blue dragon Kalecgos. Deciding to go with skillful execution over brute force DPS and healing, the team pulled off one of the nicest kills we've had. One death for the fight, buttery smooth enrage right down from 10%/10% to dead. Congratulations to the entire team, you really earned this one.

Looks like Blizzard is taking a note out of Microsoft's book when it comes to keeping player's engaged. As of the latest UI work added into the Alpha, there's now a system in place for tracking "Achievements." What the points you earn from these achievements are good for is, however, still a mystery, since merely the UI work is in place. None the less, I'm relatively excited about them. It's not EQ's Alternate Advancement system, but it's a start!

That's right, Took US Long Enough. Most of the time spent practicing with our Alt-Aman runs, we (Well, they! Since I couldn't make it) decided to bring what we(THEY!) learned on a run with Mains! Huzzahh! These 10 got Lynx down with 30 seconds to spare!

It's been about a month ago since the Big Man of Black Temple was killed. But one month after, Downward was able to take his Warglaive home as a parting gift!

Gonna Admit it, PWA and Defiant are jealous of you guys on the Alliance side. But Big Grats GET WELL SOON on your first ILLIDAN KILL and first Legendary of Maiev Server!

Not only did they get that, they got a Staff and a Bow TOO!
